1. Acceptance of Terms

Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential permanent ban.

3.2 Verification Requirements

phdpin implements a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect both the Company and our users. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and any additional documentation we may reasonably request. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdpin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall phdpin, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your phdpin account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12.3 Assignment
